With a rich blend of experience from amazing resorts to retail stores, I've spent the last few decades helping people, teams, and businesses grow.  My journey includes 10 years in the hospitality industry, over 28 years (and counting!) in retail, including 10 of those years in Human Resources leading teams across multiple locations.  

I'm a lifelong learner who's always curious and constantly evolving-and that's where AI comes in.  I use AI as a creative and practical tool to make life more efficient, work more impactful, and learning more accessible.  Whether I'm leading training sessions, building new ideas, or exploring innovative ways to connect, I love helping others unlock their potential.
